What to Wear?
The dress code for the wedding is “island elegant.” Think “cocktail attire” but feel free to have fun with it. Need more inspiration? Check out the link below for examples that fit the vibe. A light sweater or jacket is recommended, as temperatures in the evening can dip to the low 70s, and light sprinkles are common. Also for ladies wearing heels: we recommend wedge or block heels, as the ceremony and reception are outdoors on soft ground.

Island Adventures
For those brave-hearted friends and family, we are chartering two small boats to go shark swimming at 7am on Friday, November 19th from Haleiwa Harbor on the North Shore. Shark swimming not your thing? Click below for more information on all the wonderful things you can do while on island.
Some answers to common questions:
-
Car Rentals
The best car rental option to get around Hawaii is from the app TURO. Think of it as “Airbnb” for cars. Download the app, make an account in a minute, and reserve away!
-
Hotels / Airbnb
For those wanting an upscale hotel stay, we recommend the Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore (near the wedding venue). For all others, we will have transportation from Waikiki (where most of the hotels are), as well as Turtle Bay. Airbnb and VBRO are also options for those wanting to stay on different parts of the island (though we would highly recommend getting a car if not staying in Waikiki or Turtle Bay)
